Group Fitness workout classes & complementary diet plan

  • 2 batches 6:30 AM and 5 PM IST (7 AM IST, 5:30 PM IST – Winter timings)
  • 50 Minutes a day
  • 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), Weekends are off
  • 10-15 ladies/batch
  • Functional Training & Aerobics
  • Modified workouts given.
  • Complementary weight loss meal plan with options and calculated quantities of food mentioned.
  • Recipe videos available.
  • Written recipes also shared.
  • Equipment required for fitness class- a pair of 2 kgs dumbbells, a pair of 5 kgs dumbbells, a pair of 1 kg ankle weights and aerobics stepper.
  • WhatsApp chat support available.
  • Weekly follow ups with Team’s dietician.
  • Quarterly plans also available.
