Nidhi's Journey: From Overweight to Inspirational Coach
This is my story, just like many others. It’s a story that has touched millions of people. I wasn’t always healthy or strong. I used to be overweight, weak, scared, and lacking motivation to change. Like many people, I gained weight and had to deal with all the health problems that came along with it. It became really difficult during pregnancy. I ballooned to 90 kgs (around 198 lbs) and became so heavy that I could barely walk or even climb into bed on my own. It was a true struggle.
That’s when I knew it was time to make a change. I was determined to lose weight in a healthy way. It took me two years to reach a weight of 57 kg (126 lbs) and tone my body.

With a background in science and a passion for learning, I decided to study exercise science and nutrition. This enabled me to help many women like myself around the world. That’s how FITNESS WITH NIDHI was born.
I’m now an internationally certified coach with the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the world’s leading fitness certification. After transforming myself, I’m proud to say that in just four years, I’ve helped many women globally address issues like PCOS, thyroid problems, skin issues, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure.
I design my programs to be flexible and fit into your daily routine. Hard work, dedication, and consistency yield excellent results. I’m now a fitter and healthier version of myself, and I believe in making lifestyle changes by incorporating healthy meals and exercise into my daily life.
