Nidhi's Story: From Overweight to Inspiring Coach

This is my story, just like many others out there. It’s a story that’s touched millions of people. I wasn’t always healthy or strong. I used to be overweight, weak, scared, and with no motivation to change. Like many people, I gained weight and had to deal with all the health problems that came along with it. It got terrible during pregnancy. I ballooned up to 90 kgs (around 198 lbs) and got so heavy I could barely walk or even climb into bed on my own. It was a real struggle.

That’s when I knew it was time to make a change. I was determined to lose weight healthily. It took me two years to reach a weight of 57 kg (126 LBs) and tone my body.

Here's what I did:

  • Simple workouts at home, went to the gym, and even walked regularly.
  • Ate all the foods I loved but practiced controlling portion sizes and choosing healthier options.

So, that’s my story about weight loss. Let me tell you how “Fitness with Nidhi” was born.
