REFUND POLICY
Subscription Fees, Payment Terms, and Refund Policy
The fees charged for access to the Platform are referred to as Subscription Fees. To
access the Platform Content, you will be subject to a minimum 1-month Subscription
Fee or in accordance with a price made available on the Platform. You will be
required to submit payment in advance to access the Platform. Payment of
Subscription Fees will be conducted automatically. If payment of a Subscription Fee
is not successful for any reason, your access to the Platform will be suspended until
we can collect payment from you. If we are unable to effect automatic payment via
your credit card, we will attempt to notify you via email. Since the Platform is
delivered in full at the beginning of the subscription period, amounts paid for the
Platform under these Terms is not refundable.
We will publish a fee (“Price”) schedule on the Platform for your review. These fees
are subject to change from time to time in our sole discretion and we will use good
faith efforts to notify you via email or some other means prior to effectuating a
change to the fee schedule.
As a condition of using the Platform, you must provide us with payment. Payment for
the Platform must be made by a valid payment method, and having sufficient
payment to cover the subscription fee as charged to you. Other forms of payment,
including cash, check, demand draft etc will not be accepted as payment. You are
solely responsible for paying amounts billed by use to your credit card or online
transfers for the subscription fees. All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR). Any
payments made by credit card are subject to the approval of the financial institution
that issued the credit card.
Subscription periods are defined by the plan (“Programs”) you pick for at least a
minimum of program duration.
As all of our products are digital, they are deemed “used” once purchased. This
means we have a strictly no refund policy in regards to dissatisfaction with product,
medical or lifestyle issues.
In the event You are tested COVID positive, we shall offer you either: (a) a 1 (One)
month extension of the program subscribed by You; or (b) pause Your program for a
duration of 3 (Three) months from the date on which You notify Us about Your test
results. However, as mentioned in Clause 3.4 above, all Our Services are digital,
they are deemed “used” on purchase. Therefore, under no circumstances shall NWS
refund the Subscription Fees (wholly or partially) paid by You at the time of
registering on to the Platform.
We will not tolerate a poor attitude and lack of respect as it becomes a seriously
limiting factor in your program and our relationship. We respect you and value you
and we have the same expectations of you so we can do what we do best. Please
consider this point seriously before you decide to join. We have the right to revoke all
services in lieu of poor attitude and lack of respect.
Results are not guaranteed. Due to different dispositions, the practices and
treatments shared on the website vary for everyone. Many factors influence how
successful someone will be with our recommendations. Any projections made in our
advertising materials are opinions, not fact.
Disclaimer: Due to the digital nature of our course, we do not offer refunds for those
who do not do their due diligence to ensure any of our programs is the right fit for
