How to make Chinese Fried Quinoa 

  • To a pan add oil.
  • Then add finely chopped garlic pods and saute
  • Now add finely chopped onion, carrots and capsicum. Saute again.
  • Now add quinoa and egg whites along with salt, soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, chilli flakes.
  • Mix well and cook.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.
