How to make Bajra Halwa?
- Heat ¼ cup ghee in a still pan, add pearl millet flour, and sauté for 8 – 10 minutes or till fragrant.
- Add 4 cups water and mix till well combined. Cover and cook for 4 – 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, slivered almonds slivered pistachios, and green cardamom powder and mix well.
- Add the remaining ghee and mix well. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle almonds and pistachios on top and serve warm.
