      3. Church Visit

Waking up early and walking to the nearby church to offer morning prayers can be a manageable fitness challenge. Remember to dress warmly in layers and wear waterproof clothing. The Christmas workout challenge is walking briskly or riding a bicycle to the church. This will help prepare your body to handle the calorie-laden treats of the day!

        4. Get Out For A Walk

This challenge is perfect for you if you’re not a social butterfly. Evade the chaos when your house is filled with guests by hopping on your bicycle and cycling through the streets as long as you need to escape the constant doorbell. Use a simple excuse of fetching refreshments so the guests can slip away unnoticed. The challenge requires at least half an hour of cycling or brisk walking, but don’t forget to bundle up in warm layers and waterproof clothing. You’ll escape the crowd, enjoy fresh air, and get your body moving! It’s also a great way to stay energized during the entire winter while maintaining your fitness routine.

          5. Go Offline

We often make most of our purchases online to enjoy the convenience of doorstep delivery. But this Christmas, step out of your home and explore nearby markets for some unique and exciting decorative pieces. The challenge is to take a picture of yourself while shopping for these items and share it with us. Be sure to mention the distance you walked! Remember, the challenge requires you to walk briskly or ride your bicycle only then will it be complete, and you’ll earn points for it. “Points” means making room in your body for all those delicious holiday desserts and another feast ahead! Plus, it’s a great way to incorporate weight management into your holiday routine.

            6. Weekend Night Out

This year, the solstice falls on a Saturday, December 21st. The solstice marks the shortest day and the longest night of the year. So, make the most of this Saturday night by heading out with your friends and cycling through the quiet streets. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, as the roads are empty thanks to the chilly weather.

The challenge? Earn extra points by riding your bike as late as possible this Saturday night. And don’t worry about waking up early on Sunday morning—you’ve earned the right to sleep in and enjoy your rewards for riding late into the night! The Benefits Of Cycling like improved cardiovascular health, increased muscle strength and endurance, and reduced stress levels will surely motivate you to participate in this challenge.
