Healthy Juice for Sinus, Constipation, Acne and Hair loss

05Jan

Juicing is a great way to fulfill our body’s macro and micronutrient requirements. Juices are an instant source of micronutrients and are easy to consume, especially for sick people.

Juices aid digestion because the body does not need to digest fibers and other components of raw or whole foods. Compared to the vitamin C in one orange, 51.1 mg, the vitamin C in 200 ml of orange juice is 104.8 mg. Thus, juices are more concentrated regarding nutrients because fiber has already been removed from the fruit or vegetable.

Often, we struggle to consume the recommended servings of fruits and vegetables, leading to nutrient imbalances and potential health issues. Juices, by providing a concentrated source of nutrients, can help us maintain a balanced intake, reducing the risk of deficiencies and associated disorders.

Today, we’re presenting a range of simple home remedies for common health issues. These remedies, in the form of juices, are versatile and can be tailored to address a variety of health concerns, making them a valuable addition to any home wellness routine.

Sinus/Sinusitis

Sinuses are air-filled spaces located on either side of the nose.

They can become blocked with mucus due to a cold, bacterial infection, or allergies. Persistent sinusitis can lead to headaches, difficulty breathing, snoring, and inflammation.

Many home remedies can help alleviate sinusitis symptoms, including steaming, drinking turmeric ginger tea, and staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Water and juices can thin mucus, making it easier to drain. Carrot apple juice is one such beneficial beverage.

Acne

Acne is a condition in which our skin pores get clogged with oil and dead skin cells, leading to the accumulation of sebum secreted by sebaceous glands present underneath each pore. This accumulated sebum develops bacterial growth over time, which is then attacked by our body’s defense mechanism, thus causing pimples. This condition is not age bound and people of any age can be affected with acne.

Apart from treatment with some ointments and skin creams, many home remedies are also fruitful in treating acne. One such remedy in the form of an acne-curing juice is being shared here today.
