Ingredients:
- Poached Egg: 1
- Avocado: 1/4th or 30 g approx.

- Lemon Juice: ½ lemon

- Onion: 25g
- Chilli flakes: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Black pepper powder: to taste

How To Make?
1. Poached egg:
- Boil water in a pan.
- Take some of the boiling water in a ladle.
- Pour an egg into the water taken in the ladle.
- Then slowly dip the ladle in the boiling water.
- After 2 minutes, take out the ladle and drain the water from the ladle.
- Take off your poached egg and put it into a plate with the help of a spoon.
2. Poached Egg Smashed Avocado topping:
- Wash and peel one ripe avocado.
- Deseed it and then mash it in a bowl.
- Add lemon juice, chopped onion, tomato, and coriander.
- Sprinkle some salt, black pepper powder, and chili flakes.
3. Egg guacamole rice cake:
- Take one brown rice cake.
- Spread one tablespoon of the prepared avocado topping over it.

- You may simply use boiled egg whites or boiled whole eggs.
- Now sprinkle salt, black pepper powder, and chili flakes on it.
Note: you can use hard boiled whole eggs or just egg whites in this recipe. Rice cake can be replaced with whole wheat bread slices.
