- ½ finely chopped onion

- ½ cup boiled quinoa
- 3 egg whites

- ½ tblsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- Chilli flakes
How to make Chinese Fried Quinoa
- To a pan add oil.
- Then add finely chopped garlic pods and saute
- Now add finely chopped onion, carrots and capsicum. Saute again.
- Now add quinoa and egg whites along with salt, soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, chilli flakes.
- Mix well and cook.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
