Juicing is a great way to fulfill the macro and micronutrient requirements of our body. Juices are an instant source of many micronutrients and are easy to consume, especially for sick people.

Drinking juices aids our digestion because the body does not need to digest fibers and other components of raw or whole foods. As compared to the vitamin C in one orange that is 51.1 mg, the amount of vitamin C in 200 ml orange juice is 104.8 mg. Thus, juices are more concentrated in terms of nutrients because fiber has been already removed from the fruit or vegetable.

Many times, we fail to have proper intake of fruits and vegetables and this results in nutrient deficiencies, which further leads to various disorders in our body. Having juices instead of whole fruits and vegetables helps us maintain the desired intake of all the nutrients.

Today, we are sharing some simple home remedies for some of the common problems faced by many of us. These remedies are being shared here in the form of juices, which are easy to make at home and are appropriate for every single problem of your body.

Sinus/Sinusitis

Sinuses are air-filled cavities located on either side of the nose. These often get clogged with mucus if you catch a cold/any bacterial infection/any allergy. If this condition persists for a long, this may result in headaches, breathing problems, snoring, inflammation, etc. Many home remedies can be applied to cure the sinus like taking steam, drinking turmeric ginger tea, and drinking enough water to keep oneself hydrated. Acne

Acne is a condition in which our skin pores get clogged with oil and dead skin cells, leading to the accumulation of sebum secreted by sebaceous glands present underneath each pore. This accumulated sebum develops bacterial growth over time, which is then attacked by our body’s defense mechanism, thus causing pimples. This condition is not age bound and people of any age can be affected with acne.

Apart from treatment with some ointments and skin creams, many home remedies are also fruitful in treating acne. One such remedy in the form of an acne-curing juice is being shared here today.
