How to make PCOS Smoothie:

  • Start by soaking fennel seeds (saunf) and cinnamon stick (dalchini) overnight in water. 
  • Next day, sieve and add this water to the blender. 
  • Now add beetroot, small piece of bottle gourd, pomegranate, ginger, mint leaves and lemon juice. 
  • Blend and have it on an empty stomach.
