Ingredients of Quinoa Chocolate Balls
- 1 cup boiled quinoa
- ½ cup almonds
- 1/4th cup dark chocolate chips
- 8-9 seedless dates
- 1 tblsp peanut butter
How to make quinoa chocolate balls?
- Boil quinoa. Cool and keep aside.
- To a blender add the boiled quinoa, almonds, chocolate chips, dates and peanut butter.
- Blend and roll to form balls.
- Coat with sesame seeds.
