- Now add 2 pieces of crushed cardamom to it.
- Let the milk boil for ten minutes on a low flame.
- Keep stirring. After ten minutes, when the milk seems thickened and Seoul has been mixed well, put off the flame.
- Add 20 g jaggery, ten soaked, peeled, and chopped almonds.

4. Makhana kheer:

- Makhana: 1 cup
- Milk: 500 liters

- Dry roast the makhana in a kadhai.
- Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool.
- To the same kadhai, add poppy seeds and cashews. dry roast them and cool.
- Blend¼ cup of roasted makhana, poppy seeds, and cashews.
- To a pan, add 500 ml of milk, and once it turns hot, add kesar strands and cardamom powder to it.
- Stir and add makahna and the blended powder.
- Let it come to a boil. stir continuously.
- After 3-4 minutes of continuous boiling, turn off the flame and add jaggery powder.

5. Sweet pancakes:

Ingredients:
- Rajgirah/kuttu flour: 1 cup
- Jaggery: ½ cup
- Ghee/sunflower oil: 2 tbsp
- Honey: 1 tsp
- Banana: ½ piece
How to make?
- Take 1 cup/70 g flour in a bowl.
- In another bowl, take 30-35g jaggery and dissolve it in 100 ml water.
- Now mix this jaggery water in the flour and mix well.
- Make chilla batter-like consistency.
- In a heavy base tawa, pour ghee/any heart-healthy cooking oil and pour the batter on low flame.
- Flip the pancake when the sides of the batter leave the tawa.

7. Kaddu ka halwa

- Pumpkin: 500 grams
- Water: 1/3 cup
- jaggery: 3 tablespoons
- Almonds: 10 pieces

- Take a pumpkin. peel and cut it into small cubes.
- Take a kadhai and add pumpkin cubes to it.
- Also pour some water in the kadahai, sufficient enough for the pumpkin cubes to soften.
- Cover the kadhai with a lid for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, check for the pumpkin cubes, whether they have softened or not.
- Now use a masher to mash the pumpkin and cook it for another 4-5 minutes, so that it gets dry.
- Now add an inch-long cinnamon stick, two crushed cardamoms, and sabut saunf. Mix it well.
- When the pumpkin is cooked, add three tablespoons of jaggery in it.
