  2. Cook in the pressure cooker, bring to full pressure on high heat, let it whistle for 6 – 8 times, and remove from the heat.
  3. Release pressure
  4. Add milk, sugar/salt and stir constantly. (Add more water if required)
  5. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot for breakfast.
