Ingredients of Oats Poha Recipe

  1. Rolled Oats – 30 g
  2. Chopped carrot – 1/4th c
  3. Boiled potato – 25 g
  4. Scrambled paneer – 25 g
  5. Chopped ginger
  6. Chopped green chillies
  7. Curry leaves 7-8
  8. Salt
  9. Red chilli flakes
  10. Cumin powder
  11. Chaat Masala
  12. Olive oil- to grease

How to make Oats Tikki Recipe

  • Take a bowl and add oats, carrots, potato, paneer, salt, red chilli flakes, curry leaves, chopped green chillies, cumin powder and chaat masala.
  • Mix all the ingredients and roll to form tikki.
  • Take a pan, add olive oil, brush it and place tikkis.
  • Let them turn golden brown and flip to cook on the other side.
  • Garnish them with curd, tamarind chutney, green mint coriander chutney, chopped onion and pomegranate. Enjoy.
